Works like a charm!
I am almost 45 and have been more stagnant since Covid. Got my Tempo unit up & going end of March. With all the bounds, squats, lunges, etc in the workouts, my knees and ankles would be stiff in the morning going down stairs. Within a week that stretched rubber band feeling in my knees was gone. I drink 1c of decaf a day and maybe 2 drinks on the weekend in case anyone thought it was a dietary adjustment I needed, I don't think so. I am having my husband try it now because he has a bone growth on his heel from years of doing marathons that is causing his Achilles to limit his mobility. I can't wait to see his result. Any improvement until he can have surgery would be awesome! Thank you!
