Life Changing!

For the past few years I have been getting cortisone injections every six months to help alleviate hip pain in order to maintain my regular exercise regime, but since I started taking MEND Orthopedic, I haven't needed too. The soreness and aches in my hip joints after working out are gone! I love the Mango Tangerine flavour - it tastes great and isn't at all chalky . I mix it with frozen fruit for my morning smoothie every day. I would highly recommend this supplement to anyone with joint pain!

Essential Health & Recovery

I recently started taking MEND and am happy to see that Amazon now carries their products. I do a lot of exercise that really wears on the body (long bike rides, surfing, spartan races, etc) and I've noticed less soreness in my muscles and knees since taking MEND.

The citrus tastes good in a cup of ice water. I’d recommend it to athletes looking to stay healthy or for a post workout recovery.
